Service Technician at Ace Hardware

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform screen and window repairs, including rescreening and glass replacement.
- Handle sharpening services for knives, blades, and garden tools.
- Assist with basic power equipment maintenance, particularly on STIHL products.
- Deliver excellent customer service by guiding customers through repair options.
- Maintain a clean and organized service area.
- Manage incoming service requests and maintain accurate repair records.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and repair techniques.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Mechanical aptitude or previous experience in repair/maintenance roles.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and small engine equipment.
- Experience with STIHL or small engine repair is a plus (training available).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
