Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Backstock Associate to join our team. In this role, you will ensure that the sales floor remains fully stocked and organized, supporting smooth operations and an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and organize merchandise in the stockroom.
- Restock shelves and maintain product displays according to company standards.
- Keep the backstock room clean, organized, and safe.
- Accurately track inventory and report any discrepancies.
- Assist with inventory counts as needed.
Requirements:
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable and punctual.
- Preferred availability in the morning hours.
- Previous experience in retail, stockroom, or warehouse environments is a plus.
