Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Customer Service and Sales: Provide excellent customer service by assisting with product selection, answering inquiries, and ensuring a top-notch shopping experience.
• B2B Sales and Prospecting: Identify and convert business prospects into loyal customers through tailored solutions and expert advice.
• Sales Support and Follow-up: Reach out to business clients to discuss their needs, follow up on opportunities, and ensure increased purchases.
• Product Knowledge and Special Orders: Be a product expert, source special orders, and ensure timely delivery.
• Team Collaboration: Foster a culture of B2B awareness, collaborate with the team, and communicate goals effectively.
• Sales Tracking and Reporting: Utilize tools like Salesforce to monitor sales performance and report results to management.
• Loss Prevention and Safety: Maintain a vigilant eye on shoplifting prevention and adhere to company policies.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• High school diploma or GED preferred; Bachelor’s degree a plus.
• 6-12 months of retail experience preferred.
• Strong sales, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Salesforce, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Bilingual (Spanish) skills preferred.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable with technology and possess a valid driver’s license.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift merchandise up to 50 pounds.
• Drive as needed for store-related tasks.
