As a family-owned business with over 67 years of history, Elliott Ace Hardware is seeking a motivated and talented Retail Sales Associate. In this role, you will work under the direction of the store managers. This position requires a strong attention to detail, organizational skills, creativity & energy. We offer extensive training, ensuring you have all the tools to succeed!
What You'll Do:
- Window repair, replacing screen & glass.
- Help customers at the service counter with general knowledge of nuts & bolts.
- Cut keys, glass, pipe and other hardware items.
What We Offer:
- 401K with matching contributions (must be over 21 and work over 1,000 hrs. per year).
- Employee discount.
Expectations:
- Be on your feet for most of your shift (6 to 8 hours).
- Ability to lift 10 to 20 lbs. as needed.
- Current work schedule: 20 hours per week, including 1 night and 1 weekend day.
