Country Ace Hardware is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Retail Supervisor II to support daily store operations, lead associates, and deliver an outstanding shopping experience. This role also participates in our Manager-on-Duty rotation.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily store operations and ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Model helpful, friendly customer service and resolve issues
- Coach and support associates and key carriers
- Assist with merchandising, planogram resets, and promotional displays
- Maintain stock levels, accurate pricing, and store readiness
- Support safety, loss prevention, and shift reporting
What You Bring
- 1+ years of supervisory experience in retail or customer service
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on retail environment
- Working knowledge of sales, merchandising, and store operations
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work evenings/weekends
