We're looking for enthusiastic, hardworking individuals to join our team in our seasonal greenhouse department. As a Greenhouse Associate, you'll play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our greenhouse operations run smoothly during the busy spring and summer months. Whether you're interested in a full-time or part-time position, this is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while helping customers with all their gardening needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting plants, flowers, seeds, and gardening supplies.
• Maintain and organize plant displays and ensure the greenhouse is well-stocked and clean.
• Water and care for plants, ensuring their health and quality.
• Provide knowledgeable advice on plant care, gardening tips, and seasonal products.
• Operate cash register and process transactions.
• Assist with unloading shipments and stocking new inventory.
• Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Passion for gardening and plants (experience is a plus but not required).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to lift and carry plants and supplies (up to 30 lbs).
• Flexible availability, including weekends and some holidays.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.

Seasonal Dates:

This is a seasonal position, with an expected work period from April to July. Full-time and part-time positions are available.
