The Seasonal Assembly & Service primary responsibility is to Amaze Every Customer Every Time by providing excellent customer service. Key elements include the timely and efficient completion of service functions and the maintenance of the warehouse and back lot areas of the store.   

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Perform store service functions including; product assembly, sharpening, screen repair and rebuild, etc.
• Participate in the delivery of product to our customers (non-driver).
• Complete deliveries in a safe, efficient and courteous manner according to company guidelines.
• Notify customers of completed service work as needed.
• Utilize company technology including handheld devices and computers to complete necessary tasks and track work.
• Complete on demand services such as propane fill, loading and glass/plexiglass cutting as necessary. 
• Complete store maintenance projects as assigned.   
• Assist with store stocking as necessary.
• Aid in maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the backroom, outdoor selling areas, staging area, additional storage, etc.    
• Assist with the overall security and protection of merchandise: in lockups, outside of store, containers, etc. 
• Loading/Unloading of freight and merchandise is to be accomplished safely, carefully, and quickly, with care being taken not to injure stock or self.
• Proper lifting techniques must be used at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Frequently lift heavy items up to 40 lbs and use “team lift” techniques or use tools available for greater weights.

Sit for extended periods of time and to bend, twist, squat in order to climb in and out of truck.

Job responsibilities may change based on the needs of the business.

Pay range $15.50- $17.50 per hour.
