CY Ace Hardware is looking for a dependable, hardworking team member to join our seasonal operations team. This hands-on position supports product assembly, screen repair, deliveries, loading, merchandising, and customer service throughout our busiest seasons.

What You'll Do

· Assemble grills, outdoor power equipment, patio furniture, wheelbarrows, snow blowers, and other merchandise

· Repair and replace window and door screens, including measuring, cutting, and installing screen material

· Perform safety checks and quality inspections before products go to the sales floor or customer delivery

· Assist customers with carry-outs, loading, and local deliveries

· Help build seasonal displays and promotional setups

· Keep assembly and repair areas organized, stocked, and clean

· Ensure products are retail-ready, priced, and properly displayed

· Provide friendly customer support and basic product guidance when needed

· Track repair orders and complete projects in a timely manner

· Assist with other store operations and projects as needed

· EGO, STIHL, and Toro outdoor power equipment

· Lawn & garden, patio, and seasonal merchandise

What We're Looking For

· Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

· Mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand and power tools

· Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship

· Ability to work independently and stay organized

· Strong customer service and communication skills

· Ability to safely lift 50+ lbs regularly and remain active throughout the day

· Valid driver’s license preferred

· Previous assembly, delivery, warehouse, or screen repair experience is a plus

· Weekend availability preferred
