We are currently hiring for a Full or Part Time Sales
Associate/delivery driver to join our team.
As a Sales Associate, you will be working throughout the
store to assist customers with their shopping needs including: mixing paint,
cutting keys, cutting glass, cutting "by the foot" products, filling
propane, etc. Our Sales Associates also assist with customer deliveries and
product assemblies. Experience driving a truck and trailer is preferred.
The below are additional essential duties:
Customer Service:
• Greet customers entering and throughout the store.
• Possess a friendly, outgoing demeanor; work well with customers as well as other
associates.
• Ensure all pages and calls are answered promptly, courteously, and effectively.
• Forward any customer complaint that cannot be handled to a member of management.
• Possess strong product knowledge and knowledge of store layout and location of products.
• Assist customers throughout the store with personal, customized service.
Store Operations
• Assist with receiving, checking in and stocking of merchandise throughout the store.
• Assist with maintaining back stock levels.
• Assist with daily maintenance and cleanliness of the sales floor, stock room and outdoor merchandise area.
• Operate forklift with proper training.
• Be professional in appearance and actions.
