Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the pet department with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Maintain inventory and ensure product availability
- Implement merchandising strategies to enhance sales
- Provide expert advice and support to customers about pet products
Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for pets and customer service
- Ability to work weekends and 8-hour shifts
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50lbs
