Customer Service Excellence

• Provide a positive and friendly representation of Ace Hardware to every customer.
• Assist customers proactively in solving problems and offer personalized service.
• Greet customers warmly and thank them as they leave the store.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and store layout awareness.
• Handle customer inquiries and escalate issues to management as needed.

Store Operations Support

• Help receive, stock, and price merchandise accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and order across the sales floor, stock room, and outdoor areas.
• Assist with merchandise resets, signage updates, and special orders.
• Operate forklift with proper training to support stocking activities.
• Contribute to a safe, professional, and positive work environment.

Physical and Teamwork Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and climb ladders as needed.
• Be professional in appearance and actions, and participate actively in store meetings.
• Collaborate effectively with department specialists and management.
