The General Store, a locally owned department store in Spokane, WA, is looking for a Clothing Sales Associate to join our team. As a Clothing and Footwear Clerk, you will assist customers in finding the right products, offer add-on sales, and ensure a well-merchandised department. General Summary
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers and solving problems
- Maintain a clean and organized department
- Ensure a safe and friendly shopping environment
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Have a keen interest in the clothing and footwear industry
- Greet and assist customers proactively
- Stay well-informed about store products and layout
- Help with stocking, pricing, and special orders
- Contribute to a positive work environment for all associates
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and climb
Starting Pay: $17.13/Hour
