General Summary
Assist with loading cars, sweeping & cleaning the front of the store, collecting carts from the parking lot and other basic work.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Customer Service
- Provide a positive representation of Bill's Ace Hardware.
- Possess a friendly outgoing demeanor; work well with customers as well as associates.
- Assist customers with carry outs and loading of their vehicles.
Store Operations
- Ensure the front of the store is clean and accessible for customers.
- Be professional in appearance and actions.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Physical Demands
Standing, walking, lifting (up to 50-80 lbs) to load cars/trucks, climbing ladders
Time Commitment Options - Full Time or Part Time Available!
Part Time Requires one of the following:
- Work both Saturday and Sunday – 16 hours OR
- Work (5) 4 hour weekday afternoon/evening shifts – 20 hours
Overtime is paid on more than 8 hours in a day
Location – We are hiring for both locations!
