Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Answer incoming phone calls and send to appropriate personnel.
- Assisting with scanning of documents and filing paperwork.
- Other tasks as needed or required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Strong computer and software skills
