Maintenance Mechanic
Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday
5:00am - 3:30pm
What You’ll Do
Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
Use tools ranging from common hand and power tools, such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches, to precision measuring instruments and electrical and electronic testing devices.
Perform routine preventive maintenance or repair to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly, building systems operate efficiently, or the physical condition of buildings does not deteriorate.
Inspect, operate, or test machinery, equipment, or systems to diagnose machine malfunctions.
Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs, as necessary.
Assemble, install, or repair wiring, electrical or electronic components, pipe systems, plumbing, machinery, or equipment.
Inspect drives, motors, and belts, check fluid levels, replace filters, or perform other maintenance actions, following checklists.
Record type and cost of maintenance or repair work.

About this role
The Inventory Supervisor is responsible for executing day-to-day inventory functions and first point of contact with Inventory and Customer Service staff. Also responsible for collaborating with other RSC departments and shifts.
What You’ll Do
Determine work procedures, prepare daily work and count schedules. Expedite workflow for the Inventory Control department.
Develop and implement improvements to existing operational procedures in order to maximize efficiency and cut operations costs.
Create and track key performance indicators related to inventory management.
Conducts daily inventory analysis to solve inventory problems.
Develops and implements inventory control procedures.
Coordinates and manages daily physical cycle counts.
Trains and manages an inventory control team to include issuing written and oral instructions to team members.
Assign duties and examine work for exactness, neatness and conformance to policies and procedures.
Study and standardize procedures to improve efficiency of workers.
Interview and hire new employees.
Identify opportunities to reuse or recycle materials to minimize inventory movement

Job Description:
Yard Spotter SCHEDULE: Sunday through Thursday 6:00am to 2:30pmWhat You’ll Do
- Performs a complete safety and mechanical check of the Yard truck and trailers to be moved.
- Climbs up into cab, drives to trailers, backs up to the trailer, raises 5th wheel, makes connections, climbs down to remove wheel chock, climb up into cab and drives away.
- Backs the trailer into the designed spot, disconnects the trailer, installs chocks.
- Drives forklift to make up cross dock loads.
- Perform housekeeping duties, keep floors clean, and keep work areas neat and clean.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability and willingness to work non-traditional shifts and hours.
- CDL A Certification
- Hazmat and Doubles endorsements
- Minimum 1 year driving tractor/trailer combinations

Traffic Coordinator
Shift: Sunday-Thursday 7am-3:30pm
What You’ll Do
Assign route for Ace Fleet Drivers
Maintain Daily/Weekly reports
Interact with Ace Retailers providing information and services
Serve as point of contact for the Drivers
Print shipping manifests for each route that departs the RSC. Strong attention to detail to ensure all paperwork is complaint with the DOT requirements.
Manage spreadsheets with freight descriptions and counts then distribute to carriers.
Field driver calls and respond accordingly
Work closely with the shipping department to ensure trucks meet departure times
Work with freight forwards to send shipping documents so freight can be transported over water and clear customs.

Job Description:
Our Distribution Center in Rocklin, CA is hiring Order Fillers, Receivers, Shippers, and Stockers!
Multiple shifts are available!
1st Shift: Sunday through Thursday, starting between 5:00AM – 7:00AM and ending between 1:30PM – 3:30PM
2nd Shift: Sunday through Thursday, 3:30PM – 12:00AM
Job Positions and Duties May Include:
Receiving : Utilize forklift, and/or other power equipment to unload freight, process product via RF Scanner onto dock in preparation for stocking.
Stocking : Use of RF Scanner to resupply bins, maintain inventory freight in preparation of order picking while on foot or reach lift.
Order Filling : Use Voice Collect headset to select and stage merchandise for transport, while efficiently fulfilling orders via foot or forklift.
Shipping : Operate forklift or other power equipment to strategically load product onto outgoing trailers.

Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods of time
Must be able to stoop, squat, and kneel on a regular basis
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs when needed
Availability on weekends and holidays may be required
