Water Street Boutique was founded in 2016, by the Owners of Whitmore Ace. It has since made its way to becoming a staple in the local community. Our hope is to provide for you an inspiring and delightful selection of items for your home and lifestyle.
Now with 3 locations in Illinois our core business remains the same. Water Street Boutique from Mokena is opening a new Location in Homer Glen. We are looking for positive, outgoing, customer orientated associates to join our team.  Both Full and Part time positions are available. The store is scheduled to open mid-late October adjacent to Whitmore Ace Hardware - but must be available for training prior to opening.

Summary/Objective 

Associates work as part of a team to offer outstanding customer service and provide a unique shopping experience for our customers.  At Water Street you will assist shoppers as they shop our selection of home items, jewelry, and gifts for themselves or others. You will answer questions and suggest items to fit their shopping needs.

Essential Functions

·      Greeting and Assisting and making a connection with customers

·      Asking questions and listening to shoppers' needs, then giving options and advice on meeting those needs

·      Providing information on the products we carry in our stores

·      Assisting with merchandising products and routine store maintenance

·      Participate in ongoing product and job knowledge and customer service skills training
