Bomberger's Store- Immediate Flooring and Cabinets Builder Sales and Project Coordinator Needed

Responsibilities:

Works closely with Senior Builder Sales & Project Coordinator position

· Assists with tasks to help the Senior Builder Sales & Project Coordinator

· Develop and maintain strong, positive, and long-lasting relationships with Residential Builders by exceeding expectations and meeting project deadlines.

· Develops a basic relationship with all builders to be able to assist, as needed, the Senior Builder Sales & Project Coordinator with projects.

· Effectively manage a high volume of projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks appropriately

· Act as the primary point of contact for assigned Residential Builders and their clients.

· Act as a liaison between Bomberger’s and builder accounts to maintain the best interest of all parties.

· Understand the specific needs and priorities of each account, their processes, preferences, and requirements on projects and jobsites

· Provide effective and timely project management, response and troubleshooting when problems arise.

· Coordinate with internal departments to address Builder and/or client needs to deliver value-added solutions

· Visit project sites as needed to ensure project communication is accurate and quality standards are being met at various stages of the project

· Work collaboratively with team members through all phases of project planning, quoting, purchasing, installation, and billing

· Reads and interprets floor plans and blueprints to prepare and calculate preliminary bids for new homes or renovations

· Meet with and assist the Builder and/or client with selections, appropriate products, and design with their allowance and budgets in mind

· Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services

· Prepare Workorders, Change Orders, Delivery and/or Pickup Orders in RFMS

· Use AUTOCAD to prepare drawings of tile areas to verify pattern, direction, and size for the builder, their client, estimators and installation team

· Assist in the preparation of bids, quotes, and other sales-related documents as needed

· Maintain accurate records of client interactions, product selections, scope of projects, sales activities, and internal communications in RFMS software and customer files

· Assist in the development and execution of business account plans and initiatives to generate new business, to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives with Commercial Sales Team

· Distributes, reviews, and provides Accounting Department with New Business and Credit Applications

· Monitor client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention

· Offers support to Retail Sales Staff

· Demonstrates regular and predictable attendance

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales or project coordination helpful.
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of construction materials and tools is a plus

This position is primarily Monday through Friday dayshift but would require occasional weeknight and Saturday availability.
