Job Brief

We are looking for a friendly and hardworking Christmas Tree Lot Attendant to manage our seasonal tree lot.

Responsibilities include assisting customers in choosing and cutting down their Christmas trees, maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the lot, and ensuring the trees are displayed in an attractive manner.

The ideal candidate will be customer-oriented, possess basic knowledge about different types of Christmas trees, and be able to work in cold weather conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in selecting and cutting down Christmas trees
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lot
  • Restock trees and ensure they are displayed attractively
  • Ensure safety measures are adhered to on the lot
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering any tree-related questions
  • Load and tie down trees onto customer vehicles
  • Perform light maintenance duties such as sweeping, and waste disposal

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus
  • Ability to lift heavy items and work in cold weather conditions
  • Basic knowledge about different types of Christmas trees
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be available to work on weekends, evenings and holidays
  • Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods
