Ace Hardware - Immediate Maintenance Position

Ace Hardware, your local hardware store, is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Associate to join our team. As part of our community-focused brand, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is spotless and welcoming to all customers. This role involves cleaning the store thoroughly, handling small repairs, watering the garden area, and assisting with light stocking.
Customer Service:
- Provide a positive representation of Ace Hardware
- Greet customers with a friendly demeanor
- Handle customer inquiries promptly and effectively
- Assist customers until a sales associate is available
Store Operations:
- Create a positive and safe work environment
- Maintain the cleanliness of the sales floor, stock room and around the outside of the store
- Participate in store meetings
- Perform all assigned duties professionally
