Essential Functions:

  • Provide superior customer service while processing all cash register transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with customer inquiries and provide helpful advice or information.
  • Maintain a clean and professional front end area.

Other Functions:

  • Receive and check incoming merchandise and assist with inventory management.
  • Help train new cashiers and support store management as requested.
  • Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain store appearance.
  • Engage with customers to promote membership in our loyalty programs.

Working Conditions:

  • Flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Work in a typical retail environment with occasional exposure to heat, dust, and chemicals.
  • Requires attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications:

  • Customer service and cash handling experience preferred.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to follow instructions.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
