Essential Functions:
- Provide superior customer service while processing all cash register transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide helpful advice or information.
- Maintain a clean and professional front end area.
Other Functions:
- Receive and check incoming merchandise and assist with inventory management.
- Help train new cashiers and support store management as requested.
- Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain store appearance.
- Engage with customers to promote membership in our loyalty programs.
Working Conditions:
- Flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Work in a typical retail environment with occasional exposure to heat, dust, and chemicals.
- Requires attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
Qualifications:
- Customer service and cash handling experience preferred.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
